2.5. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING COSTS

The delivery times of the products may also vary with respect to what is posted on the Website, for reasons not attributable to ZANETTA and not obvious from it. Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to sign the delivery note after having duly checked:

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY:

The return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. ZANETTA reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than that indicated in the Return Form, in particular if the delivery involves additional costs for ZANETTA or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself.
Returns must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, together with the original packaging (including any accessories, labels, tags, seals, etc.) and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to the normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

ZANETTA will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
ZANETTA will refund the Customer the full amount paid within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal. ZANETTA may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the product, whichever is earlier.
Unless otherwise agreed, ZANETTA will reimburse the Customer for the full amount paid including the original shipping costs, using the same payment method used by the Customer. In case of cash payment, the amount will be returned by bank transfer, using the bank details indicated by the Customer in the Return Form.
After the return of the products, ZANETTA will make the necessary checks relating to their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in this document and if the checks are not concluded positively, it will notify the Customer, via e-mail, of the found existence of a decrease. of value of returned products, resulting from failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions.
